Political heavyweights across party lines have gathered at the Nigerian Air Force Conference Centre, Abuja, in honour of former Foreign Affairs Minister and ex-governor of Jigawa State, Sule Lamido.
As of press time, Lamido had begun presenting his autobiography titled “Being True To Myself”.
Guests at the book launch include former President Olusegun Obasanjo, former Vice Presidents Namadi Sambo and Atiku Abubakar, former presidential candidate Peter Obi, ex-National Security Adviser, Lt. General Aliyu Gusau, former Senate Presidents Anyim Pius Anyim and Ken Nnamani.
Others include the Minister of Information, Mohammed Idris, who is also representing President Bola Tinubu; and former PDP National Chairman, who is also the book reviewer, Dr. Iyiorchia Ayu, among others.
